Thank you for shopping with My Year Memory Books! Because every book is custom printed just for you, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Production Time

All orders require a production period before they are shipped. Production typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been printed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping (US): 2–3 business days

International shipping times may vary by destination.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [your contact email] and we will help investigate.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they are in production or in transit. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.
